This collection includes gravestones and memorials from 2 small cemeteries in Israel:<br>- Hevron cemetery in Admot Yishai<br>- Adivi cemetery in Ashkelon, near old municipal cemetery<br><br>Hevron cemetery in Hevron consists of several sections: Military (incl. pogrom of 1929), children, old rabbinic section (Reishit Hochma), post-1970 and very old graves which are broken or damaged. It also includes the single reconstructed grave in the Habad cemetery.<br><br>Adivi cemetery in Ashkelon was established by Rehavia Adivi and his wife Lena upon the death of their married daughter in 1953 and it served people who were friends and associates of Adivi, who was Ashkelon's first mayor.
