How do I remove the toolbar from my computer?

In order to remove the Family Toolbar, right-click on an empty space in the browser’s menu bar (where it says File, Edit, etc.). In the menu that opens, click on Family Toolbar to deselect and it will disappear.

In order to change the browser home page, go to Tools > Options / Internet Options (both on Internet Explorer and Firefox) and there you will have to option to change the homepage.

Please note that next time when you install Family Tree Builder, you can avoid installing the toolbar that comes with it, by choosing Custom Install in the Setup Options page and turning off the toolbar and the change of homepage.
