How do I clear cache, cookies, temporary internet files in my browser?

To clear cookies/cache in your web browser (FireFox):

1. Open an internet browser window.
2. Click on the Orange Firefox button at the top left corner of the browser window.
3. Go to History > Clear Recent History.
4. Click on the Details drop down arrow and make sure that Cookies and Cache are checked.
5. Click Clear Now.

To clear cookies/temporary internet files in your web browser (Internet Explorer):

1. Open an internet browser window.
2. Click on Tools > Internet Options.
3. In the General tab, under Browsing History, click the Delete button.
4. Make sure Cookies and Temporary Internet files are checked and click Delete.

To clear cookies/cache in your web browser (Google Chrome):

1. Open an internet browser window.
2. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar and select Options.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Make sure that Empty the cache and Delete cookies are checked. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
5. Click Clear browsing data.
