What should I do if my Celebrity Matches are not working?

Please try the following:

1. Make sure you have cookies enabled in your Web browser.

2. Check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer. You can get the latest version here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

3. It could be that your photo is too large. It can take a long time to upload and cause the server to timeout. Make sure your photo is larger than 150kb but smaller than 1mb.
